Why cannabinoids are of such value
The cannabis plant is an exceptional plant with a variety of medical benefits which are caused, among others things, by the contained cannabinoids. This is a class of chemical compounds that can positively influence the human and animal body. There are already more than 100 cannabinoids isolated from the hemp plant which affect the organism in different ways.
Cannabidiol (CBD) does not cause high and is the second best known ingredient of cannabis after THC. Since CBD has no psychoactive effect, it is legally available in the UK.

Products containing less than 0.2% THC are not CD’s. As well as Cannabidiol,
many CBD products contain terpene’s, bioflavonoids as well as THC and these
products with everything in are known as ‘Full Spectrum’ CBD products.
All leafPharma CBD-containing medical devices contain decarboxylated cannabidiol from Swiss hemp plants, that has been biophysically enhanced by a unique manufacturing process. In addition, some preparations contain other cannabinoids and terpenes which ideally complement the effects of CBD.
