Active Ingredients
Spray contains
Xylometazoline hydrochloride 0.1% w/v
Directions
Adults and children over 12 - 1 spray into each nostril 2 or 3 times daily, maximum 3 doses in 24 hours
Remove the plastic cap, insert into nostril and depress the pump by placing the fingers on either side of the nozzle
At the same time breathe deeply through the nose
Repeat for the other nostril
Children under 12 - not recommended
Caution
Do not exceed stated dose
Keep out of the reach and sight of children
Continuous use for over 7 days is not recommended
Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding
