About Numark Pharmacy
We are a family-owned business and UK taxpayer based in Shepshed Leicestershire operating as a local community pharmacy and internet pharmacy for the convenience of our customers.
When we set up as one of the first UK community pharmacies to trade on the internet in 1999 our aim was to provide our patients and customers with the highest standard of service and to deal with any problems or concerns if they arose swiftly and to a satisfactory conclusion. This remains our philosophy today so if for any reason you are dissatisfied with our service and this cannot be resolved via customer care, you can contact our superintendent pharmacist Colin Pickles GPhC 2028432 using our adjacent contact details. The matter will then be fully investigated, and you will receive a detailed response to your complaint.

Find a condition
Our Pharmacist can supply some commonly prescribed medicines directly without the need of a prescription by asking a few simple questions. You must register with us first then click on 'Conditions' before completing the questionnaire, selecting the recommended medicine and proceeding to the checkout.
Complete a consultation
Treatments listed include Prescription only Medicines not generally available over the counter from your pharmacy. It is important you answer all the questions truthfully so we can suggest the most appropriate and safe medication for your condition. Sometimes we may need to ask for permission to speak to your GP or access your Summary Care Record before the supply can be approved by our Pharmacist.
Get your medicine delivered
Once your order is checked and approved it is usually dispatched within one to two days and delivered by our trusted partner Royal Mail by tracked and signed for delivery. Please note we do not send medicines outside of UK due to legal restrictions
