Medicine Policies

Medicines sold from this website are done so solely at the discretion of the pharmacist after establishing the appropriateness of the treatment. In the case of P (Pharmacy only) and POM ( prescription Only) medicines this will involve a series of questions and in certain circumstances this may result in a telephone call from our pharmacist or referral in person to a pharmacist local to you. Due to UK law prescription medicine sales are restricted to U.K. patients only.

Prescription Only Medicines are supplied after patients fill out a questionnaire using Patient Group Directions (PGDs) supplied by Pharmadoctor. Patients will need to consent to the following before supply:

1. I have received information on the risks and benefits of the medicines, and I have opportunity to ask questions.The medical information I have provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge,and I consent to the medicine being administered.I agree to read the patient information leaflet before taking any medicine and use the medication only as directed
2. I understand that my personal information, including name,surname,email,telephone,date of birth (DOB),address,NHS number and GP details,will be securely uploaded to the Pharmadoctor website for electronic storage,and it will be kept in line with data protection regulations with the detail of the consultation(i.e medicine provided)
3. I authorise the collection, storage and secure transmission of my information for the purposes mentioned above.
4. I acnowledge that after the consultation, the details of my medication and consultations will be accessible through my Pharmadoctor account ,using the provided email address for login.
5. I understand that I can speak to a member of staff about any queries regarding the Pharmadocotor consultation or the processing of personal data for this consultation,including exercising my rights under data protection legislation.

All orders for products are subject to availability. In addition Numark pharmacy reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual, group of individuals or company for any reason. This website should be regarded as an invitation to treat. A confirmation email is notification that we have received your offer on our website. There is no binding contract for the purchase of products ordered via this Website until Numark Pharmacy issue a point of a sale invoice following checking of orders by a pharmacist. In the event that Numark Pharmacy decides not to meet your order, Numark pharmacy will refund any money you have paid within a reasonable time.

Medication cannot be refunded or refunded once it has left our pharmacy. This is because the returned medication cannot be re-sold to another customer.
